Madeline – Section Psychologist
Personal History: Little is known about Madeline's history before joining the organization. It is unclear when she joined Section One. But she and Operations have been paired for as long as the longest surviving operative can remember. She is known for her uncanny ability to assess people and their weaknesses, a skill particularly valuable for interrogating terrorists and evaluating new recruits. Objective to a fault, Madeline is the only member of Section One who does not make decisions based on emotion.

Fiercely loyal to Section One, Madeline has been to know to put herself at risk for a mission – going so far as to play bait for the head of a notoriously ruthless terrorist agency. While captured, she was subjected to torture at the leader's hands and guided him through the process so he could evoke the most pain without killing her – a result that would have eliminated his leverage with Section and resulted in his death. Normally not one to intervene on a terrorist's behalf, Madeline knew Section needed this particular terrorist alive. Without her intervention, his lack of skill in the art of torture would leave Madeline dead and him soon after. Her actions led to the capture of the leader as well as intelligence on five other key terrorist cells, proving her skills in the field are as formidable as those in the White Room.
